MARY-ANN COCCHETTO

My Story:
Over 25 years ago I started my career as a family law lawyer. Since then I have been a family court mediator and later held numerous senior leadership roles in the public sector. I have been privileged to mentor and be taught by many leaders. And what I have learned about myself is that I love making genuine connections with people and seeing them flourish. Through coaching I provide a space for leaders to reflect and embrace growth no matter what stage of their lives or careers they are at.
What I bring to coaching:
Like my clients, I am committed to growth and learning. My education includes an Honours Degree in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Queen's University. I completed my coach training with the Co-Active Training Institute, one of the largest coach training organizations in the world. My coaching approach provides leaders time to pause and think in this fast paced world. I bring to my clients my empathy, my deep commitment to service and all that I have learned and continue to learn.
What it's like to work with me:
Choosing the right coach is important. Before committing to work together I offer a complimentary coaching session where we explore what the client wants to achieve and the client is given an opportunity to experience what it is like to work with me. I create customized coaching packages based on Individual goals and needs. Contact me at: maryann@cocchettocoaching.ca to discuss scheduling a complimentary session.
